Fee Information
- All fee arrangements will be fully discussed and agreed upon with the client in advance of accepting representation. The specifics of any arrangement are often unique to the client and the nature of the case.
- Generally, the amount of the fee is determined by the nature and complexity of the charges faced, which affects the amount of hours, research and labor required for the most effective representation. For example, fees to represent clients on serious felony charges are typically higher than misdemeanors.
We will accept payment in cash, credit, check or money order.
